These mini-buses (or vans) leave from a number of places in Kiev. For the shortest trip, take the to the Zhytomyrska station (named after Zhytomyr). Marshrutnys leave from outside this station throughout the day, as they fill up with people (roughly every 15-30 minutes during the day.) The 90-minute ride costs 20 UAH ($4.00). The marshrutny does not make "pit stops," so be sure to use the restroom before you go. There is a rest room located on the second floor of the shopping center atop the station. It costs 1 UAH ($0.20) and is very clean.
